PLDS Winter Cloth Distribution Program
Winter clothing and blankets for elderly people, children, widows, orphans and other vulnerable people in remote villages.
About this program
Because Bangladesh lies close to the Himalayas, it has a cold winter, and extremely poor families often cannot afford warm clothes.
PLDS distributed winter clothing to elderly people, children, widows, orphans and other vulnerable people in remote villages. 700 families received blankets in Jhalokati, Barishal and Patuakhali.
Community outcomes
2,200 beneficiaries reached, including 700 families who received blankets in Jhalokati, Barishal and Patuakhali.
